Role Overview

To be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive marketeer who communicates effectively and demonstrates an understanding of our services. Previous experience within the IT or MSP industry is not mandatory but would be beneficial and is therefore preferred.

Experience

Previous experience within the IT or MSP industry is preferred.

  • Experience of using Social Media channels for publishing and advertising

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and develop marketing campaigns to generate leads, assisting the company in meeting its targets for sales and profitability
  • Maintain social media accounts and strategize to improve the reach and effectiveness of the brand
  • Prepare and coordinate email marketing activities and maintain the CRM
  • Conduct market research and analyse data to identify and define audiences
  • Develop and maintain content on the company website, and manage online ad campaigns (e.g. Google Ads/Paid Search (PPC))
  • Devise and present ideas and strategies
  • Organise events and service exhibitions
  • Compile and distribute marketing reports
  • Write and proofread creative copy
  • Keep detailed records and monitor our marketing performance
  • Work closely with vendors and strategic partners
  • From time to time, conduct telephone activity with prospects and prospect event delegates


Location

There will be a mixture of working from our offices in Abingdon and home working.
