We’re recruiting for an Administrator



To be successful in this role you will need to be a proactive team player who communicates effectively and demonstrates an understanding of our services. Previous experience within the IT or MSP industry would be beneficial.

We’re looking for someone that is happy to work and behave in-line with our values. This role would suit someone who is interested in technology and being involved within different aspects of a business.

There will be a mixture of working from our offices in Abingdon and home working.

You should have at least 2 years of experience in working in a busy office environment

Skills and experience

  • Take ownership of any query or request
  • Create quotes and proposals
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Answer phone calls
  • Procurement and receiving of goods and services
  • Sales administration
  • Liaising with clients, suppliers and sub-contractors where appropriate
  • Monthly or annual based renewals for services
  • Organising couriers
  • Organising travel
  • Occasional ad-hoc Director PA tasks
  • Other ad-hoc administrative tasks


Essential skills

  • Microsoft Word/Excel/Outlook pro!
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks
