We’ve recently seen an issue with Mac Calendars connected to Office 365 mailboxes. A new folder has appeared called TimeProfile. You can’t see the calendar folder via Outlook Web Access or Outlook – it’s only with non-Microsoft clients.
The folder appears to be visible when you’re using a Calendar client that uses Exchange Web Service (EWS). The folder is probably there in other clients such as Outlook and OWA but hidden from view.
This folder doesn’t affect the working calendar unless you try to delete it. Top tip – don’t try to delete it! Ignore for now – Microsoft will probably fix in a later release of Office 365.
