Recently we refreshed our brand by incorporating a strapline, to give it a more personal touch, but primarily to help our customers.
Customers have a finite amount of time with which to decide. Whether it’s a purchase decision, life decision, or what you want for breakfast, decisions are made on the analysis (albeit very quick analysis) of information available at that present time.
Upon reflection, we realised that we weren’t doing ourselves justice with our brand name – to see it cold doesn’t get across who we are and what we do.
We needed to be understood in an instant, to stand out from the competition, and not become another ‘me-too’ IT company.
We worked with Lake Creative, a Creative Design and Marketing agency, to consider our brand values and ethos, and get across our passion for going above and beyond for our customers. They set about the thought process to come up with a succinct way of informing the consumer who we are, what we do and who for.
It needed to be short and informative and after a selection of straplines, this was the standout winner.

The resulting strapline has been applied to our website and we already feel it outwardly projects a better image of the company.
We didn’t want to be seen as just IT support, like many others, we wanted to really drive home the fact that we’re not just a supplier, but a partner, that we care about your business as much as you do.
We’re not everybody’s partner, we’re yours.
