We seem to have found a weird bug in Yosemite Calendar when using the Office 365 hosted Exchange email service.
If you like looking at colleague’s calendars you may be out of luck. The delegation screen seems to keep changing permissions on every launch or refresh of the app.
We’ve narrowed down the issue to Yosemite Calendar. You can see the shared calendars with other clients (such as Outlook, BusyCal, OWA) just fine. But in Yosemite Calendar the shared calendars show up in the Delegation window as “No access”.

It may be an issue with the way Yosemite Calendar is reading the GAL and/or Free/Busy information.
Hoping the Apple fix the issue soon!
